Patient Panel/Patient Participation Group

The High Oak  Surgeries Patient Representation Group (PRG) has been in existence for several years. It acts as a sounding board for ideas to improve services delivered at the practice. The panel actively demonstrates a commitment to patient involvement in primary care and generates their own ideas for practice improvement.

Mission Statement:

To provide a working partnership between patients and GPs to build on the quality of services provided within High Oak Surgery.

Aims and Objectives
