To help prevent the spread of Coronavirus, health professionals at High Oak Surgery are currently offering a telephone triage service to all patients.

Patients will still be offered a face to face appointment if clinically necessary, however from Monday 30th March 2020 this will take place at Brierley Hill Health & Social Care Centre, where the practice will be operating from for the foreseeable future due to the surgery being used as a temporary Specialist Assessment Centre.

We would like to remind patients not to attend the surgery without an appointment.

Stay at home and use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do.

Only call 111 direct if you are advised to do so by the online service or you cannot go online.

Do not book a GP appointment if you have a fever (over 37.8 degrees) or new cough.

Stay at home and avoid close contact with other people for at least 7 days - people you live with will need to self-isolate for 14 days.
