In the month of July , there were 119 missed appointments with our of the GP’s, Nurses or other Services. Please can you remember to cancel your appointment if its no longer required or you cannot attend. This allows the appointment to be re-booked and therefore it can be used by another patient who needs to see a clinician. There are several ways to cancel appointments; Respond CANCEL to your appointment reminder, you can register for online services (which you can register for at reception or you can ring the surgery.

High Oak Surgery’s PRG gives you the chance to have your say on the services we provide to you as well as introduce you to the practice staff.
Should you wish to attend please speak to Gemma at the surgery so that suitable arrangements can be made.

The clinic holds an early morning surgery every weekend at the following times;
Saturday – 08.00am-11.00am
Sunday-10.30am – 11.30am
Please ask the reception staff for details. Repeat prescriptions will not be available during this time.
